Adidas Predator Draw Terms

This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is organised and run by One Touch Football Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12799723), registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU (“OTF”, “the Promoter”).

The prize is supplied in partnership with Adidas AG (“Adidas”). Adidas is a prize sponsor only and accepts no liability for the administration or conduct of this Promotion unless otherwise specified.

This Promotion is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• Are aged 18 years or over;
• Are legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland) or the Republic of Ireland;
• Have provided a valid email address; and
• Have given explicit consent to these Terms and to receive marketing communications from One Touch Football Ltd.

Not eligible: employees, officers, and contractors of OTF or Adidas and their immediate families; and anyone using a VPN, proxy, or other means to misrepresent their location, or residing outside the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Proof of identity and residency may be required from the winner before the prize is released.

The Promotion opens and closes on the dates published on the entry page (closing date: TBC). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be counted. The Promoter may extend the period at its discretion, with notice to entrants.

• Complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address.
• Tick the box confirming agreement to these Terms.
• Tick the box confirming consent to receive marketing communications from OTF.
• Submit your entry.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person - multiple entries from the same email are recorded as one. Automated or bot entries are disqualified.

The prize is one (1) pair of Adidas Predator football boots (indicative RRP £120–£200). The model, colourway, and size are confirmed with the winner before dispatch. If the specified model is unavailable, Adidas may substitute a comparable boot of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be accepted as offered (subject to the size exchange below).

The prize is fulfilled and dispatched by Adidas to the winner's confirmed UK or Irish address. OTF accepts no liability for the prize once dispatched.

The winner will be asked to confirm their boot size before dispatch. If the required size is unavailable in the model provided, a size exchange to the nearest available size or a comparable model will be arranged. Size-exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days of notification. No monetary value is provided in lieu of a size exchange.

The winner is selected by random draw from all valid entries using a verified random selection tool, within 7 days of the close of the Promotion Period, overseen by a member of OTF management. The Promoter's decision is final and binding.

The winner is notified by email within 5 working days of the draw and must respond within 14 calendar days confirming acceptance, delivery address, and boot size. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or the prize is returned undeliverable, OTF may redraw.

The winner's first name and county of residence may be made available on request, in line with the ASA CAP Code, for up to 3 months after the draw.

By entering, you consent to OTF collecting and using your personal data to administer the Promotion, send marketing communications (where consent is given), and meet legal obligations. Data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or transfer your data to any third party other than Adidas for prize fulfilment, and service providers acting on our behalf.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email; this does not affect the validity of your entry. Non-winner entry data is deleted 12 months after the Promotion concludes unless you remain a subscriber.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with notice where practicable. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who provides false information, acts fraudulently, uses a VPN/proxy to misrepresent their location, or enters multiple times using different emails. This is a free prize draw, not a lottery: no payment is required and the winner is selected at random, not by skill. The Promotion is subject to the UK CAP Code and the Gambling Act 2005 as applicable to free prize draws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
